Method: The Rockefeller Waterfall

The work

Five companies, one practice.

Protection first, then structure, then growth, then the systems that hold all of it together. That order is not incidental.

Funding & Credit

Royalpreneurs

Entity architecture and business credit in the right sequence, so a company meets a lender as a business a bank wants to fund, not one hoping to get lucky.

AI & Systems

Sostra Studios

An audit of where an owner's hours actually go, then the systems that buy those hours back, tested first on my own operation before anyone else's.

Insurance Investment Group

Where the practice began. How families protect money structurally, generations deep, quietly, before they ever try to grow it.

All five

One order, on purpose.

Protection, structure, growth, systems. The order a mother without a safety net taught me, long before I had a name for any of it.

The story

Protection is personal for me.

My mother raised me alone, worked harder than anyone I have met since, and still finished every month back at zero. Money was never discussed at our table. It was survived.

My first discipline was not private equity. It was credit restoration, financing, and lending, the point where money fails people first. Then a partner in California took everything I had built. That loss is the reason protection is not a service to me. It is the whole point.

The one who now protects other people's money learned why the hard way.

The rebuild became Royalpreneurs and High Net VIP, then grew into international work serving clients and audiences beyond the United States. Legacy is greater than currency.

The world it buys back

Old money moves quietly.

A life lived across continents, and a fortune structured to outlast the person who built it. That is the point of the work.

The stage

Give your audience a chapter they keep.

Keynotes, panels, and podcasts.

01

The Legacy of Wealth

The unwritten rules of capital, told through real acquisitions rather than theory.

02

Declined to Funded

Entity, credit, and positioning. The ninety day file that changes the lender's answer.

03

The Quiet Machine

AI systems that buy back an owner's hours, built and tested before they are taught.

In their words

Results clients can name.

Outcomes are published with permission. Each one points to a specific, checkable thing that changed.

Four lenders said no before Dez touched our file. She restructured the entity, rebuilt the credit in sequence, and we funded in ninety days.

Marcus E. · Logistics

The AI audit alone paid for the engagement. Forty one hours a week of manual work gone in month one, without losing a single person.

Priya R. · Healthcare services

I arrived wanting funding. I left with a business actually worth funding. Then the capital arrived anyway.

Danielle O. · Holdings company

Letters from Dez

One letter a month on capital, taste, and the rooms where both are decided. No noise, no reprints.
