Bios

Short (100 words). Dez Peña is a Chief Wealth Architect and capital strategist, a private equity advisor and keynote speaker with a growing international presence. She leads five companies spanning private equity, business funding and credit, AI operations systems, wealth education, and insurance protection. Her talks, including The Legacy of Wealth and Declined to Funded, draw on real acquisitions and a personal rebuild after losing a business to a partner who took everything. She has previously partnered with American Express and Citi. Wherever the work takes her, her standard remains the same: discipline before decoration, legacy as the metric.

Long (300 words). Dez Peña was raised by a single mother who worked harder than anyone and still finished every month at zero. That upbringing became the foundation of a practice built on one idea: protection precedes accumulation. She became licensed in insurance and learned how families who already have money protect it, structurally, before they ever try to grow it.

She later left New York to build a business in California with a partner who took everything she had built. That loss taught her, personally, what she had already learned professionally: the file, the entity, and the positioning matter more than the hustle. The rebuild that followed became Royalpreneurs and High Net VIP, then led her onto stages and into international work.

Today she leads five companies: Alpha Omega Private Equity, which acquires businesses from one to fifty million dollars; Royalpreneurs, which builds funding and business credit; Sostra Studios, which builds AI systems for owners; HighNet VIP, which teaches wealth education; and Insurance Investment Group, where the practice began. She speaks internationally on capital, funding, and AI systems, and has previously partnered with American Express and Citi. Her standard, in her business and in her life, is the same: discipline before decoration, legacy as the metric.

“Four lenders said no before Dez touched our file. She restructured the entity, rebuilt the credit in sequence, and we funded in ninety days.”

Marcus E. · Logistics

“The AI audit alone paid for the engagement. Forty one hours a week of manual work gone in month one, without losing a single person.”

“I arrived wanting funding. I left with a business actually worth funding. Then the capital arrived anyway.”
